The agents at Phoenix Realty are constantly working with hundreds of potential tenants. The best thing an owner can do to maximize their exposure is to advertise their apartment with Phoenix Realty. There is no charge for Phoenix Realty to show apartments.

In today's market is important to list the apartment at a price where the owner can afford to pay the fee. Realtors in
Boston charge a fee equal to one months rent on every apartment they rent. For tenants, a $1300 apartment where the landlord pays the entire fee is more attractive than a $1200 apartment where the landlord pays no fee. In both instances the landlord collects $14,400 over the year.
Allow Phoenix Realty to have keys to the apartment. If we have keys to the apartment we can show it whenever there is a possible tenant. We show apartments seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. Many times we find that tenants who begin looking with a certain criteria, open up to other ideas while looking with us. That might mean that an apartment becomes the perfect place for them and they will want to see it right away.
